I purchased a 7" netbook, when I got it, it wouldn't connect to the internet. It took me 2 days to get a response from the company. They had me send the broken pc back which my tracking says they got on Dec.8th. Here it is Dec 14th and when I talk to them (finally) they tell me I don't have a replacement ready yet. I then tell them to just give me a refund, and they told me I wouldn't get 25% back nor any of my upgrades I had paid for.

I asked why, and he said a restock fee. Now I'm thinking, restock a broken pc that I never once used cuz it wouldn't connect to the internet, but now I don't even get back my upgrade money either. Well, that's BS!! Needless to say, I'm supposed to get a refund of $60.00 out of $98.00 + additional $7.99 extended warranty + $10.00 gig upgrade+ shipping to send it back. Now, how is that fair
