Prospect Mortgage Unprofessional and Incompetent Santa Barbara, California
The Senior Loan officer was incompetent and unprofessional. She made multiple mistakes including sending me emails regarding other people's loans. The most significant error was that she missed that my loan was jumbo and not conforming. When I was told of this, they also added a point to my loan. Her manager removed the point, but did nothing about the fact that her mistake cost me $27,000 over the life loan.
