Prospect MX Prospect MX Prospect MX is lead by criminals lancaster, Pennsylvania
It took little time to realize the three owners of Prospect MX: Rory Wilfong, Dave Conklin, and Steve Young were not nice people. Unfortunately for most of their employees and clients alike, the same could not be said.
Case and point: Their loyal employees (all three of them) decided it was time to establish an official employee handbook (against the owners wishes) because their confidence in their "word" was non-existent. They knew the double speak these three have mastered had burned them in the past, and they needed assurance in writing. That says a lot about the leadership, or total lack thereof.
These guys will say anything. They take advantage of honest, hard-working folks for their own gain. They cut corners at every corner: Stealing software, failing to pay employees, overlooking critical insurance documents leaving unsuspecting employees uncovered, and cheating their clients out of their investments.
Prospect MX has a history of doing this. Look up their other company, GetMyHomesValue.com. They nearly crashed and burned that company to the ground while cheating their employees out of $40,000 in backpay, they no longer do business in Pennsylvania out of fear of retribution, and they churn through employees at an alarming rate.
There are companies who have been in business for decades without a single blemish. These guys have left a path of destruction everywhere they've gone and a long list of disgruntled ex-employees along the way- all in a matter of months!
What do you expect? Rory and Dave have high school diplomas (if that) and the three of them just encourage each other within their little web of deceit, arming themselves with an endless supply of bad advise. That they have not been shut down or gone out of business is just a matter of time. Don't get caught in their trap. Look for the three guys who are smiling and extolling their own virtues while they run from their latest victim.

I recently posted a short-sighted and ill-advised complaint against ProspectMX, my former employer. My complaint was based on a disagreement with the ownership. My actions unintentionally affected several folks at ProspectMX whom I consider fine, upstanding professionals.
My judgment was seriously skewed in the heat of the moment. My post never sat well with me for the few days it was active. In reality, I operate just the opposite of what my complaint might have otherwise indicated. In retrospect, my actions were shameful, juvenile. I apologize to all those it affected.
If I were able to take the post down completely, I would. As it were, I can only edit. Consider this complaint closed.
