Complaint Review: PROSPERICA

I too was ripped off by this company in September, and was given a pin # and extension and phone #, while verifying my information with supposedly a 2nd person verification company for me to authorize this withdrawl from my account, as soon as they got the info they needed, this recording then said something about a discounted ld fee for my home phone, i said NO, and immediately this call was terminated from their end, I then called right back at the number on my CID and also the number they gave me and got an answering machine and left a message that was not very nice, I mentioned BBB and a few other options, with no return call. What can we do to get this money back and to not let this happen to any other poor trusting souls.... How do these people sleep at night?
