Complaint Review: Protas Spivok @ Collins LLC

In 2002 a judgement was placed against me by Great Seneca Financial Corporation/Palisades Acquisitions LLC/ Wolpoff and Abramson LLC, whom we all know are phony collection agencies, claiming me to owe a debt to Bank of America and Chevy Chase Bank. First, I have not had an account with Bank of America since 1999, when they were Nations Bank. In 1999 i was made executor of my deceased father's estate and had opened a checking account to settle that estate. I have only had a savings account with Chevy Chase Bank from 2002 to 2008. In 2012 the judgement was expunged from my credit report and I thought that the waters were safe. BOY! was I WRONG! Now a new group of sharks and scumbag bottom-feeders has entered the water. Protas, Spivok and Collins LLC are the latest group of scum to come slithering along.

I have never received any summons to appear in court. I only received two pieces of correspondence, one from the scumbag law office and another from my employer Prince Georges County Public Schools, with whom I am a bus driver, and I received those correspondence after my wages had been garnished. It amazes me the extent to which these liars will go through in order to steal your money. In their original affidavit they have me as not working from 2002-2008, which is a lie, because i was general manager of a retail record store called The DJ Hut. I left that company in 2008 to become a bus driver.

They also have me as owing a combined debt of $3,000.00 to both BOA and Chevy Chase Bank, which has now doubled to $7,000.00 . I have never had any credit cards or mortgages with either of these companies. The latest trick that they used, was that I had been evicted from my last residence due to a separation/divorce. My eviction was public record, and i feel these scumbags used that info as an opportunity to strike. Claiming to have sent me notice of a new judgement, correspondence that they new I would not receive because my change of address had not gone through. Thus allowing them to win their judgement by default.

My Question is: Why have these scumbags and others like them, not been exposed in the national media? This is a scam far bigger than Bernie Madoff. Why are we not exposing these crooks? Why hasn't the Attorney General been notified of this form of Domestic, Economic, TERRORISM! See when you steal from the rich, they will do everything in their power to come after you, but when you steal from the poor and working class, it seems our Government and media, just turn their heads and look the other way. Now our Government, our Country Tis Of Thee, asks us to be on the lookout for terrorist groups( Al Qaeda etc., and any other group that wishes to do the American people great bodily harm) and all of us are willing to do that. But, let's begin to deal with the enemy amongst us.

These unscrupulous, conscienceless people are doing more harm to the American people than any outside "Terrorist Organization" could ever wish to do. Do you know how it feels, for a single father of three children, to suddenly have your hard earned money snatched away from you, based only on a supposed debt, that I know, I DO NOT OWE. What about people who are physically unable to work or who are unemployed for whatever reason. Hurt begets hurt, betrayal begets betrayal, and when theses scumbags are allowed to pray upon the American People, is there any wonder why, the people subsequently turn around and want to betray and hurt American citizens.

The pressure becomes to great for most to bare, MENTALLY.  I recently filed a motion to vacate the judgement, i had to serve a copy of that motion to Protas Spivok and Collins, if I had been a lesser thinking man, and decided to react violently when I entered their office, we would have all been on the national news. But I'm willing to fight the good, intelligent, fight. If there are any of you whom have been wrongully,  financially hurt by any of these scumbags, let's get together and see if we can shine the sunlight of justice upon these vampires and blood suckers, and send them scurrying back beneath the rocks from which they crawled.
