Complaint Review: Protean Terrarium Design

After coming across this thread. I am shocked!!!! I thought I was the only one going through this!!!! Protean Terrariums will " throw such empty appealing promises) and just give you a run around of why you are not getting your Tanks.. AVOID BUYING IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR MONEY LOST!!!

I ordered $650.00 worth of terrariums exactly 1 year ago. ( As my bank statement shows it.... so... no lies can be told!!! ) and I have still NEVER received the tanks or my money back. I have spent COUNTLESS amount of time with texts to arrange delivery with him..... with promises of delivery... exuses of complications with shipping.

THE ONLY WAY HE CAN RECTIFY THIS????? 650.00 refund through paypal or a 650.00 credit for joshsfrogs.com He has those options he can choose for himself.....he had his shot to deliver the tanks.. he blew it!!! but.. I highly doubt i will see that money again..

If the disclaimer said " I had to wait a year" I would have not purchased!.... im not going through the constant heartache...promises.... lack of follow through... he said he couldnt give me a refund because the tanks i purchased" were custom ordered"???? Bad business form!!! ... but it looks like I will never see that money again im afraid!!!

all I wanted were my tanks..... the worst part is.. nothing feels worse than to have your money hi-jacked.......with the amount of my time he has wasted with me trying to chase him down..so frustrating... infact... feeling down!!!

After one year...I gave up....I just gave up!!! . I couldnt let my $900.00 of tank furnishings i have had purchased (specifically for his tanks go to waste) since October....sit any longer!!! bought Six 24 x 18 x 24 Exo Terra tanks for this 77 x 24 x 78 Edsal rack. I drilled (six) 1.5" drainage holes and using Mistking drain bulk head ( my first time drilling glass...dang SCARY.. but did it with no cracks on all 6.. and sanded.. ( thanks to all your advice)... but still needed a drink to calm my nerves afterwards though.. . I finally cut & and drilled my own glass to fit the four squares to Mod the exo lid. Two 1/2" holes in the front for the misting nozzles. ( photos will come soon. still not finished cutting the glass for the lids. just yet....

 he lost me as a customer!!!No matter how great his product is, if it comes into a full YEAR when i paid, and nothing but time wasted and no product~~ then anyone is going to have problems with that. The only communication I want... is email/ and money returned!! If you want your Money dumped into a Ponzi scheme.. by all means... have at it!!!
