Complaint Review: Protech Towing

My experience with pro-tech was something I hope to never go through again. So bad I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. They are unprofessional, and sneaky. My truck was towed by them help from county 'cops'. I got to their yard to retrieve my property, and was denied access to my things because she didn't like my attitude.

I went home and started talking with some friends. A friend had told me what they were doing was against the law and printed up some facts on what was legal and what wasn't. After reading through it every procedure she was doing was pretty much against the law.

I waited and came back that next week having a trailer and demanded access to my personal property. I then stated how she was breaking this law or that law. She then came back at me with this to say "I never denied you of you thing" I said "excuse me yes you did" then she says "and by the way I just sold your truck and everything in it to the pick a part this morning"

I said "you what you have to hold on to the vehicles for at least 120 days" She said nothing just kicked me out pretty much. I had a lot of tools, at least 4 big tool boxes in the back of this suburban. Not counting all of my personal belongings, my kids baby pics and what not. She knew what was in there.

She didn't hold on to my vehicle for no more than 45 days it being a impound. That fat cow needs a lesson on how to treat people.
