On January 23, 2006, I signed a 3 yeay contract for my mother, she resided at 169 Lifestyle Ln., Anderson,SC. She passed away about a 18 months ago, I then called Protect America and ask if I could cancell the service since my mother has passed away, They informed that I had to fufill the contract and to call back at at the expiration of the contract and cancell at that time. I waited for the contract to expire and then contacted them in January 2009, they then ask me to send a certified copy of the death certificate, which I did in January. They continued to debit her account, I had called back 3 times and they informed me that the account was put on hold and it would not be deducted any more. They have continued to debit the account thru March. I called again on March 17,2009. I have not been able to contact anyone that would help me. Please Help.
