BEWARE of THIS COMPANY!

System does not work properly, was misrepresented, window & door contacts continually fall off (they are held on with glue!). System interferes with telephone equipment, price charged to credit card was not agreed upon price with salesman, who is no longer an employee. When we called for help, we got transferred around and messages were taken but no one ever called us back.

Only after I complained to the Better Business Bureau they responded with a letter to the BBB that they would be happy to help me get the problems resolved saying I should call an 800 number and press option 2 for help! We tried that already and they only wanted to send us a bottle of glue, give me a break! We did put extra glue and it doesn't work.

THe BBB has over 700 complaints filed on this company, so obviously what good are they doing. Also the Atty. General received complaints, but this company has found some kind of loophole with the 36 month contract. There is no way out.

I cancelled my credit card they were charging, now they have sent me a monthly bill and they said they are willing to help me make sure the system works properly, but they can't stop the contacts from falling off the windows/doors, they act like it is not a legimate complaint.

One day the alarm beeped the whole day and we found later when we got home a contact fell off the window. My 80 year old mother had to listen to beeping all day long because she didn't know what was causing the problem and they couldn't diagnose over the phone. I don't think they were even monitoring the alarm and from what I hear from others, I'm starting to believe that is true.

HOw can anyone be allowed to operate a business this way. I don't know any other business around that could get away with this. Doesn't every business wish they can get a guaranteed amount of money for 36 months, even if their product is no good?

Protect America outright lies to people about everything just to get you trapped in a contract! THen they instill fear to ruin your credit if you don't pay. WHat kind of a racket is this?
