RIPOFF PROTECTION ONE
THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE CONTRACT
I paid close attention to the contract. It said 3 years instead of 1 year, and what we talked to Protection 1 representative and agreed on was 1 year, (they increased the monthly payment for that reason and we began paying new amount) He told us to strikethrough the 3 years, write 1 year and initial it, what I did. I also write the number of each page of the contract. They did not care. They only used the very last page with my signature, erase or covered the numbers I wrote, and add this page to another contract that states 3 years. We never received a contract signed for them.
Tried several times to talk to them without any success. Arrogant people talk only to my lawyer. Finally they agreed in cancel the contract without any penalty. No success either. They call 2 or 3 times a day asking for the payment. We send every single time the papers of the agreement and nothing. This is harrasement.
Stay away from them. DO NOT sign anything if it does not have Protection One signature already on it. Each page must be numbered and signed or with initials from you and Protection One representative. But, anyway, the probable do not respect it either.
