Cancelled eSecure service Jan 10 2011 and it is still currently being charged for service that we do not have.  It is currently the end of Oct and this has not been resolved.  Customer service calls are useless and no progress is made.  I would not recommend this company to anyone. 

Cancelling the contract you have to give them a written letter 30 days prior, so this company has time to bill you another cycle before they "officially" acknowledge your cancellation.  They are using such devious tactics to charge more.
