After a number of years I was persuaded to change from a land line connection to a cell phone connection.It never worked satisfactorily indicating that my home had failed to communicate with the monitoring centre and not resetting automatically the next time it made contact.I was never sure when my home was monitored especially as I am a s****.> Eventually after many visits by technicians the problem was NEVER resolved

I informed Protection one that their system was not fit for purpose and should be removed from my home and that my contract should be cancelled and my outstanding credit of $746 be returned,

So far after emails and letters to the CEO no acknowledgement or replies.Not the best of customer service.

At last Protection One have refunded $636.38 of my money.It took its time but I am now satisfied that the matter is closed and I will have no more to do with Protection One.
