Protection One They will not cancel my service!!! Wichita Kansas
I called and asked them to cancel my service on 8/28/2008. They said that would send me a postcard for me to fill out and then send back to them. I never received the postcard. I called them again two weeks later. Again they said they would send a postcard. I did not receive a postcard. Their reps have called me about paying my bill. I keep telling them I cancelled the service back on 8/28. I just got the bill for the next three months going forward from 10/17/08 to 01/16/08 for $80.85.
They still have not cancelled my service. I want it cancelled!
