Protection Plus, C.A.R.S Scam warranty, deceptive wording, piss poor customer service, rude employees Murphysville Pennsylvania
Company wanted to use inferior parts, as opposed to GM certified re-manufactured parts, wound up paying only $220 of a $956 bill.
I called to speak to the adjuster, who has never returned my calls, so I called to speak with someone to cancel my warranty and get a pro-rated refund. I was told rather rudely that I could cancel at any time, with absolutly NO refund at all.
I said "thank you, I will check into my legal options" and I was told that I have no legal options, that I had signed a contract and was stuck with it, then she hung up on me.
This company is a scam and a rip-off and will do whatever they can to get out of paying for repairs.
C.A.R.S stands for Complete Automotive Repair Service.
That is nothing but a pathetic joke.
These scam artists need to be stopped.
