I got involved with this company via the also-bogus Government Grant Association. I just wrote up a report about it a few minutes ago.

Basically, the other company would not let me say no to them and just kept calling. So I finally gave in with hopes of just canceling via telephone the next day. But their customer service line apparently is also fraudulent.

Anyway, after OK'ing the thing just to get them out of my face, they tacked on this long distance service without expressly asking if I wanted it. There was some babble about long distance, and I'm like, "Okay, can I cancel yet?" and they say, "Yes or no please." So I figure they must mean, "Do you want to end this call?" since there was no other question asked. So I said yes. Now I've got this long distance service I don't want and can't cancel. How convenient.
