Best to search somewhere else. While they talked a good game, and gave a reasonable price, overall I would not use them again. They did ok on our main roof, although Darrin was really no where to be found and Scott was left to do most of it by himself.
It took twice as long to finish the job because it was pretty much one person doing it all. The flat roof is a disaster; we now have mold on the ceiling where the water is obviously coming through some way. They have been out three times to fix it and we have given up and are hiring someone else who knows what they are doing, even though this company offers a "10 year warranty".
They tried to leave the last day without fixing a bulge in the main roof from rains that occurred while the shingles were off; they did not have a way to keep the tarps on except for tying them down, which did not work when the winds came.
Also, they did not pay their bills on time so the building supply company sent me a letter of intent to place a lien on my house. They paid it and the intent to lien was removed, but this was 2.5 months after I had paid them in full.
They are not good project managers nor good with their money. I am hoping I do not have leaks in the main roof of which I am not aware, as that may come back and haunt me in the long run.
