Protint Sold me a set of tires that were off balance and defective Louisville Kentucky
I recently purchased a set of tires that were unable to be balanced and were defctive. all along they knew this because I later caught up with an employee that worked there. he knew of the situation and said he had refused to put them on and another employee went ahead and put them on because the owner told him to.
The employee said for me not to mention his name because the owner supposedly has a reputation for installing fear in his employees by either threatining to fire the employee or he stated other measures that envolved getting even through paycheck cut and if that dosent work as he stated ( Good Ol Fashion *&* Whoopin ).
I went back to try to get a refund and the owner DAVE was a complete *&*& and I had to leave after being screwed out of $900 for a set of *&*& tires that I later had verified that they were defective by another local tire chain.

Michael,
I'm assuming that for $900 you bought a set of NEW tires. Any dealer who sells that brand can warranty them as defective for full replacement.
However, "Protint" sounds like something other than a tire dealer. They sound like an accessory/detailing shop. I was stationed at Fort Knox and think I remember that name.
If you paid $900 for a set of used tires, I just don't know what to say.
I always stick to the national retailers selling national brands when I buy tires, and I always buy new. Tires are cheap when you think about how long they last so paying to mount and balance a used tire that has no warranty really makes no sense.
