After looking at many products and several months of debate, I purchased 2 Proton LED signs. This was AGAINST MY GUT FEELING that this was going to be a very stupid mistake.

As usual, my gut was right.

Well the GOOD part is that the second one never arrived.

It took several MONTHS to finally get the first one. After we installed it, hardly a month went by until it wasn't working right. It still doesn't work right.

Our emails and phone calls are ignored. I have had 3 different people call and email them over and over and over. I have been calling there for MONTHS over and over and over and NOTHING.

When we DO get someone that accidentally answers the phone there out of some stroke of luck, it's always some excuse or story.

They also hold a $9,000 deposit toward a second sign that I'm sure we will never see.

So I have $30,000 worth of junk signs and no one to stand behind them.

If you do business with these people. You're a fool.

Run the other way, just as fast as you can. I have over a year of frustration invested in this as well as $30,000 that as far as I'm concerned is down the drain.
