Purchased computer memory with buy it now on ebay and paid right after the transaction.
I get an email the next morning saying they wanted $70.00 more to ship the item I bought and paid for. No way.
They offered to send an inferior product in its' place later when I asked them to send the item I purchased. They say they made an error. It's like you buy Cadilac and get offered a Malibu.
According to Wikipedia, this is a classic bait and switch and the courts have ruled it is against the law.
In my mind they have no honor or integrity and I would suggest you do not do any business with them. There are other vendors with the same product.
By the way, the item I purchased is still available as of this writing.
The only good thing about this transaction was they did refund the purchase price.
Remember. Buy from someone else.

I apologize for not be able to provide you a satisfactory service. I should have explained to you more clearly about the price type mistake that I was made. I learned the lesson.
I would like to let you know that this is my own personal business of selling items as Timmy Tran (tt1tech is my ID store on EBay Website). It is not related to any of business from Proto Services Company. I made an error by using my company's email address when setting up the PayPal account. And that gives people an incorrect impression about the company doing business. I have made the correction to use my personal email address.
I appreciate your comment online, and it gave me the opportunity to correct the problem and learn how to be more accuracy on setting the price and make customers happy.
