booked with protours mexico a maya ruins tour for 145.00 us $ per person. there was 4 of us. because we booked with 48 hrs notice they wanted cash. BIG MISTAKE! the see www.protoursmexico.com. cost of tour, in writing, was to include an english speaking tour guide. driver picked us up at 7:00 am at hotel. he didn't want to talk and after about a hr we figured out he could only say about a dozen words in english. the first stop was about 2 hrs away. he pointed to us to go at the top of the hill which we did but has to pay adlt 600 poses to a english speaking guide to help us. called protours mexico at 1st stop. they gave us the run around. when back at hotel called and emailed protours mexico but got no where.
