PROTRON ,AVION PURCHASED A LCD 32 INCH TV 2 YEARS AGO. AC ADAPTER WENT OUT. IT IS ALMOST A MONTH AND A HALF AND THE PART IS STILL OF BACK ORDER. THEY ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL. Ontario California

I PURCHASED A TELEVISION FROM SHOP NBC ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. MY AC ADAPTER WENT OUT ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF AGO. I HAVE BEEN CALL PROTRON AND EVERYTIME I SPEAK TO SOME ONE THEY TELL ME THAT IT STILL ON BACK ORDER. THEY ARE NOT VERY HELP IN TRYING TO GET THIS MATTER SOLVED OR OFFERING ME ANYTHING. AS FAR AS I CAN SEE, I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM. I SPOKE TO MARTIN AND HE WAS NOT WANTING TO HELP ME. PLEASE, DO NOT BUY A TELEVISION FROM THESE PEOPLE.
