Protron Digital Corporation AKA Spectroniq RIPPED OFF Not Ones But Twice.... No TV.. No $$ ...Customer Service is a JOKE City Of Industry California

I bought a 32in Protron LCD..TV.. I was happy with the set but it broke while under warranty.. I contacted the company and was told i would have to return the TV to them @ my cost and they would repair or replace the set in 4 to 6 weeks.

I shipped out the TV the first week of January 2008 @ a cost of $70. After the 4-6 weeks i called and was told that it would be another 10-12 days before i had my TV back...Every time i call i get the same response sorry sir it will be another 10-12 days. There is no manager to speak with (not that they speak english) no supervisor nothing. They can't even give you other contact info.. I contacted the Better Business Bureau Of California and filed a complaint(Protron has Well over 500 companies according to them!!).After 2 unsuccessful tries to reach Protron the BBB cannot go any further..They told me to call the Federal Trade Commission, I did and all they do is take your complaint and suggest you write a letter to the CEO,WTF?? Is there really no hope for the little guy??
