Complaint Review: Protron Digital Corporation

In September of 2006 I Purchased a pair of Protron 32" LCD televisions from shop NBC that was being promoted for about 1799.

One of the televisions played for about 18 months and the picture stop showing but had the sound, after a little trouble shooting with T.V. manual the problem was not resolved, now there is no picture or audio it won't even turn on.

Efforts to find a repair shop in my area was unsuccessful. I tried to call the 800 number in the manual but I get a message that said the number could not be reached from my phone area.

I call shop nbc for assistance, they would not claim any respondability but did give me a customer service number for Protron. 1-877-778-8876 I have call this number several times in the last few weeks and all I get is a phone busy signal it does not even ring.

The other T.V. is still playing, however the picture has went blank a couple of times but it manage to reboot.
These T.V.'s were promoted to last at least 20 years but they are junk!!!!

This was a waste of money because there is no way to service them.
