Protron Digital Corporation Unable to get a straight answer! Ontario California
I purchased a 42" TV from shopnbc in march, in july it broke, i'm still waiting for my replacement tv. each time i call, they tell me in one more week to call back, i call back they tell me something different. I feel like i'm going in circles and talking to the population of India's work force. I've requested for someone to call me back of supervisor status and still have not had a call back or my tv returned.

6 months later i still do not have my tv, after being told in dec 07 that the 2nd week of january 08 i would have my tv. feb 1st 08 and no tv.
I'M PISSED... shop nbc has not been any help!!
