I too purchased a Protron Digital 37" HDTV from Sears and it too quit working 5 months after we purchased the set. I was advised to box it up and send in everything to Ontario, CA repair center as they had no authorized service center in Phoenix, AZ. (That should have been my 1st clue) That was October 13, 2007 and cost $98.00 for shipping. It si now February 3, 2008 and no set, no answers, no help from Sears. As every else we get some person with an Indian accent and American name, who tells us the same story, no parts, will ship in two weeks, the set is going out Tuesday or Wednesday and that day never comes. You call back to get a tracking number and they can't find your file. We tried to research the company and Digital Lifestyles Group in TN (931) 707-9601 purchased Protron, but like all the numbers we found for this company, they either ring and ring or no one returns your call. My wife spent countless hours on the telephone with City Officials in Ontario, and Sears Customer Satisfaction Hotline! What a waste of time. I have asked for my set to be returned to me broken so I can take it to Sears and give it to them as a token of a lost customer but I can't even get the scumbags to return the set. I just filed a Police report for theft and I will turn it in to my insurance company per my agents recommendation. Maybe if enough people do the same thing, we can get the Ontario Police to check out the location where the TV's were sent for alledged repair. Good Luck
