Complaint Review: PROTRON - SNBC

PROTRON - SNBC BOTH RIPOFFS MY HUSBAND AND I ORDERED 2 PROTON 32INCH TV'S FROM SNBC. THE TOLD US THEY WERE GOING TO LAST 18 YEARS WELL THEY LASTED 18 MONTHS AND SHNC DOES NOT WANT TO HELP A ALL. ONTARIO CALIFORNIA

WELL I HAVE CONTACTED SNBC ABOUT THESE PROBLEMS WITH TV'S AND ALSO TRIED TO CONTACT PROTRON WHICH I MAY AS WELL FORGET. YOU CAN NOT CONTACT THEM. I EVEN CALLED REPAIR MAN OVER TO HOUSE WHO SAID THE POWER BOARD WENT. NOW THAT I HAVE FORUND THIS SITE I SEE THAT I THE MAIN PROBLEM WITH ALL THE TV'S.THE REPAIR MAN CAN NOT GET PARTS AND EVERYTIME EMAIL SNBC THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. AND TO GO FIND SOMEONE TO FIX IT.I HAVE SAVED ALL EMAILS FROM THEM TO SHOW HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED.THIS IS NOT RIGHT IN THESE BAD TIMES TO GET RIPPED OFF IS NOT RIGHT. I BEGGED SNBC TO PLEASE HELP US SINCE I PAID FOR TV'S IT CAME TO 2,O88.00 WHICH TO US WAS VERY HARD TO PAY BUT THEY SAID YOU GET TWO TV'S FOR THAT. WELL LIKE THE REPAIRMAN SAID "YES THE TV BLEW BUT YOU GOT 2". THIS IS NOT GOOD THAT WE HAVE THESE FIRE BOXES IN OUR HOUSES. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. SNBC WAKE UP AND HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!
