PROTUNINGLAB.COM Refusal to honor warranty on product they sold CITY OF INDUSTRY CALIFORNIA
After numerous emails over 2 full days sending files and links to files via pubic hosting sites, protuninglab.com continues to deny being able to view them or if they could open a file (1st part of the series of lies) stated they could not see the obvious evidence with their eyes (even after sepcific instruction of where and when to look for it during the 23 second video clip).
Therefore refused to admit their product had a manufacturing defect that was unseen until installed and pressurized. It can not be easily repaired either as it is the middle core of a 3 core radiator and requires a new replacement radiator. Their business practices has cost me not only parts, but valuable time and materials. I will never do business with this company nor recommend them to anyone.
