Saw ad on Facebook for a political incorrect military shirt.  I ordered it on July 6, 2018, $34.49.  On July 17, 2018 I tried to get in contact with company (Proud Americans Supply). 

As I never received a confirmation from my order I thought maybe my order didn't go through, so I ordered another one.  Stupid me!!!  I checked my credit card statement and I had been charged for the first one.  Got back on their web page and asked that my order that I had made 20 minutes ago be canceled.  Their web site says you will get a response within 24 hours. 

As of this date August 6, 2018 I have not received the first shirt I ordered or had a credit issued to my credit card for the second one.  They have never answered any of the 3 emails I have sent.
