Proud Americans Supply Company Novemebr 1, 2017 I order a shirt from them and it just shpped on 12/15/17 Internet

I order a shirt November 1, 2017 and after 3 weeks with no shirt or email stating it was going to be delivered I went to their website to track my order only to find that my order could not be found. So I sent emails requesting an update status starting December 7, 2017 only to find they still didn't have record of my items so I assumed they were not sending me my product and I had paid on Pay-Pal so I started a claim requesting to receive a refund. On December 14th I finally received an email stating my order was ready for shipping so I sent another email stating I did not want the shirt any longer and wanted my money back. Finally after several emails they send me one stating they are not going to refund back my monies and in fact it states they do not have to refund back any money!! They have no customer service at all.  I would not recommend ordering anything from them!!
