Proud Parents 2005 Ebay Company ProudParents2005, They delivered a defective Cutter, We sent the Cutter back and they have not sent a refund. We contacted Ebay and they said they cannot do anything. The damages are 91.00, Internet
We ordered an electronci Vinyl Cutter from Proud Parents 2005 on Ebay. It did not function. They said to return for a refund. We did and they never refunded our monies, they just kept the cutter and the money. Ebay said they can't do anything. I will be contacting my attorney and file a consumer fraud lawsuit against Ebay as well as Proud parents 2005 if we don't get our money back.
