proudtobeahairstylist.com Proud to be a Hairstylist Ripped me off for $26.00. Purchased two items in November as a Christmas gift. Received one a week before Christmas. Did not receive the second. They claimed they shipped it. They refused to provide me with tracking. refused to refund and will not respond to my inquiries.. Internet

I ordered 2 items from proudtobeahairstylist.com in November. They were meant to be Christmas gifts. I only received one item and when I inquired about the second item, I was told they shipped it out. However, after several requests for tracking info., I was told they were having technical difficulties with there shipping department and were unable to obtain the tracking information until the Monday after Christmas. That day came and went with no response from this company. I e-mailed them numerous times with no response. I requested a refund numerous times. They took me for $26.00. Refused to provide me with tracking info. and refuse to refund my money. I notified the BBB. 

This merchant is a rip off. Buyer beware.
