Complaint Review: Provell damark

I have not been ripped off by these individuals, but from reading the posts here I believe that maybe the little bit of info that I have might let people know who they are dealing with.

I drive by the physical address of this building at least 5 times a week. In the past 2.5 years that I have lived here they have changed the company name at least 3 times. They are always hiring people (high turn over rate)
After looking in the phone book, they are not even listed here locally.
People that are getting screwed by these people might have some Kansas state legal recourse with this company.

The statute is:
""Kansas Consumer Protection Act, KSA 50-671 through 50-674.""

My wife and I were able to 'screw over' one of those 'magazine subscription' outfits located in Colorado using this statute.

Basically if you don't sign something (contract) or if you don't initiate the phone call with the company you are not obligated. There may be some criminal and/or civil liability considering that this comapny works out of Kansas.

You will have to look at the statute. I'm not sure how the statute applies to those that reside outside of the state of Kansas, but this may be a place to start.
