Provida Life Sciences overcharged and sent items I did not order and overcharged on shipping Pacoima California

On June 4, 2008, I purchased the 6 week body makeover DVD set with Dining companion for 119.94 + 19.99 shipping. This order was on a payment plan of 6 payments of 19.99. Their web site showed my order totaling 139.93 and so
I filled in my credit card, email and shipping information. I clicked the order button and then there was a bunch of popup windows that I closed. I waited for an email confirming my order but I did not recieve an email confirmation. I checked my credit card website and they charged my credit card 152.32. I called to cancel my order but they said that they already shipped my order. On June 11, 2008, I received three packages from provida and I immediately took them back to the post office without opening any of the boxes to return them back to provida Life Sciences. I called and asked for return authorization number and then I sent the packages back.

The customer service Rep threatened me that if I used returned to sender and they failed to receive the packages I would be held responsible for the full price of the products $414.56. So I spent another $34.79 to send the products back using the same US postal shipping. The invoice attached on the outside of one of the boxes stated that shipping cost was 73.93. So I believe they are lying about their shipping costs as well.
