Complaint Review: Providan National Bank

I have been making payments of 100.00 to 200.00 to providan and my balance has not gone down any. it keeps going up even though I have not used the cards for anything in over a year.

I don't understand how they can continue ripping people off because their business went bad.

Since February I have been making payments of 200.00 electronically but my balance has not gone down it just keeps going up.

I cannot not keep paying for something I no longer use and have not used in over a year.
