Providian Financial ripoff Manchester New Hampshire
I have been with this company since 2001 pay my bills .I put my account under the Soldiers and Sailors act to lower my interest rate to 6.0 % and it took them forever to do it .When they finally did it i was suppose to get all finance charges and fees reversed they on gave me like $20 dollars then 2 months after they put it under the act they reversed it back to 28% and then reversed the chargse and i only recieved $30 in finance charges so this tells me i should have gotten more initially.
