Provo Craft of Utah and/or its selling media outlets on 4cricut.com or "As Seen on TV" will take your order for a CriCut scrap booking machine.
They will promptly charge your credit card.
They will send you a pretty little "order confirmation" via email. It will say something like "please allow 24 hours for your order information to be available to our customer service representatives."
They will give you a toll-free phone number to call their customer service representative.
They will answer the phone and reassure you that "we do not charge your credit card until the order ships." But, they lie.
They do not ship your order.
So, they never issue a tracking number to you.
They just answer the phone and say "I'm sorry--I do not know when your order will ship."
If you ask them to reverse the charges on your credit card until the item ships, they say "I'm sorry--I cannot do that."
If you order from Provo Craft or 4cricut.com--Good Luck. Take it from me. Provo Craft stole money from me. Either that or their "ordering department", 4cricut.com, stole money from me.
I have the charges on my credit card and no receipt of merchandise to prove it.
