I am glad someone else it writing about Tina Carlson.......she never paid us either and all the same excuses after we spent hours traveling. I have even witnessed her pick someone from Craigslist and without meeting them give them the code/key location to someone's home to go and clean!!!!! She blames everything on Justin and her bank, same excuse for me "they wouldn't let her deposit money" "they put a hold on the check". She even wrote me two bad checks which cause havoc on my account after they bounced then only paid me for the pay and not the fees I was charged. She claims she is a Jehovah's Witness and her husband beats her on a regular basis.
Boasting about her $79,000 contract with On The Water and all of her bookings and she can't even pay me the $300 she owes me, I gave up. I was in worst shape financially after I worked for her. She makes her employees drive her around and then invites potential cleaners into clients homes and "interviews" them. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for. I even remember her talking behind other cleaners backs that they were stupid, too slow, too old or that they must be using/selling drugs and telling this to clients. She "fires" everyone or "charges" them $100/hour for her fixing a mistake. She wanted me to drive an hour to put an "on the water" sign on the door that was left on the counter. She is truly nuts. I would love to hear the real deal from Justin with all his complaints she said he had, she always cleaned the week after us or showed up before us, I am sure stealing our tips! Hope you get her, as for me..........I am done with the drama and believe KARMA will get her soon enough.
