Complaint Review: PRS Homes LLC - (Bill) William Lucia

(Bill) William Lucia, is defintly a con and a good con,  he talks investors into home deals, and to sign a Joint Venture Contract, the deals are bad and the cotracts are not legal or collectable on either behalf.  He can talk a good one, No one suspects that he is going to start our home and then leave after he gets as much money as he can with terrible work, Leaving the investors in a world of hurt.  ot only does he devastate these investors, he either does not pay the subcontractors that he hires or pays them only enough to start and then has a reason not to pay them anymore or not at all. Leaving a open field for Liens against the property.  After he has been paid for this work.   So this report is not just for the investors that he may con,  it is for anyone that may consider doing work for him.  This guy has ruined numerous people and trades, He leaves us in ruins and then sends his dumn live in girlfriend (Dixie Black) to go the the county and file liens and complaints on the very property that he has made a distaster out of.  Please stay away from this guy,  no one really knows where he came from,  but we all hope he leaves the Orlando and Daytona Beach area soon.
