We replaced a hot water tank that was above the 10" ceiling in a Petco. Had to make a lift and hire a guy to help install it. We came on a Sunday night. Out of pocket over 700.00. That was in October of last year. Ten phone calls later.NOTHING. We have been told excuse after excuse. I'm just waiting for the phone to be disconnected.
We are just a little company one year old. We expected a declined card, a bad check but not this. Like the last guy. I am also intered in a class action suit.
