Complaint Review: Prtemier Plastci Reproduction

I am in Australia and have a 71 Cuda convertible that i am rebuilding. I bought and paid for a grille from these rip off merchants in Febuary 2007. In early 2008 i realised i had never recieved the grille. i tried contacting them over and over with no result. i even contected the magazine they advertised in but no luck. then in january 2009 there was a advertisement inthe same mopar magazine and their website was also back online. this Angela b***h actually returned one of my emails and told me she was trying to find my order and that would take a while as they had updated their ordering system. to this day i have not had another reply to any of my phine calls,fax's,emails etc! their website is now gone again too! how do these people get away with ripping so many people off. i am actually pissed off at the magazine that let them advertise again,especially when they would have to have had known about their rippoff practices!! i'd also like to know why they were allowed to keep ripping people off and why someone hadn't stopped them,either legally or illegally!! thye got me for $809 US dollars which is over 1000 in aussie dollars.
