I moved to FL in 1996, where I gained employment with Prudential Life Insurance. One of my benefits was Pru-Care health plan. I made an appointment with a Primary Care Physician and explained that I had previously suffered five brain aneuryms and met with a neurosurgeon annually for followup.

Futhermore I presented him with a letter from my Boston neurosurgeon stating that it had been five years since my surgery and I was in need of an angiogram. The Pru-care adjuster denied my request and said that only an MRI was necessary.

In 1997 I became symtomatic of neurological problems and was fired from Prudential in Dec. I gained employement at Merril Lynch servicing annuities but when they tried to get my NASD license transferred Prudential listed my dismissal as an "ethics" violation because I accessed my Life policy to verify it was current after Pru sent me a default notice even though they were drafting the premium from my checking.

I lost my Job at ML and gained employment at Bank of America. Three months later I suffered a stroke and am now permanently disabled. No lawyer would help me file malpractice and the AG has not filed criminal charges.
