I attended a Baseball Card Show. I paid to have BASEBALLS signed(it does not matter who). I saw them signed, but I wanted a COA and PSA DNA is the ONLY AUTOGRAPH AUTHENTICATOR the EBAY allows to be used.  It cost me almost a grand($ 1000 !)

After I worried and emailed, called, wrote letters after three months, because my items had not been returned. It took six months. Each ball had a sticker but NO COA ? and one ball was missing !

I checked with the Better Business Bureau  and found the following information : "Some complainants allege the company fails to return items sent in for authentification, and in some cases deny ever receiving the item. Other customers complain that the company fails to provide services as agreed, returning itenms without explanation as to why they are determined not to be authentic. Some complainants allege items sent are lost, misplaced, or that the company replaces the high quality items sent in, with lesser valued items before returning to the customer. A few customers complain the company misrepresented the value of cards they purchased, and found after spending considerable amounts of money, a second opinion determined the item as worthless. Most customers report they experience difficulty contacting the company to resolve problems, claiming calls are not returned, and voice-mail or e-mail messages are not answered. The company responds to some complaints by offering explanations, or by directing complainants to review their policies which are posted on the website. In cases where items are missing or lost, the company asks for proof of delivery, registered tracking numbers, copies of submission forms, check numbers used, dates checks were posted, and any other documentation that might be associated to the transaction, advising the complainant the information will be taken under review, and resolution will depend on the information provided. The company addresses some complaints regarding purchased items by advising the complainant they do not engage in the sale of sports memorabilia, and they must have confused them with another company. The company disputes most allegations, and refunds or credits are usually not issued. "

There are ALOT of complaints about these people ! I also Found Out that PSA DNA might be involved a a fraud case with Bill Mastro Mastro net auction "The Federal indictments leveled against Bill Mastro and former Mastro employees last week revealed that Mastro has supposedly admitted to trimming the infamous Gretzky-McNall Wagner, which was graded by PSA as a Near Mint 8, the highest graded Wagner known.  The controversial card is currently the property of Arizona Diamondbacks owner Ken Kendrick, who paid $2.8 million for it in 2008.The FBIs mention of Mastros admission confirmed the suspicions hobbyists have had for years about the card, but also illustrate how the authentication giant PSA/DNA was founded on a fraud, knowingly grading a trimmed and altered card.  Most recently PSA has also been implicated in the authentication of laser-printed forgeries that they encapsulated in PSA holders just like the one the Wagner card is housed." WOW  I think people will start pulling the PSA stickers of items next ! I wish I had investigated them before sending them my BALLS !  My B*lls are cherished items and I am fussy about my BALLS being screwed around with !
