I've watched my friend go through the entire process of this cult and have to say it is disturbing.

My dear friend has been through all of the classes and was engaged to someone she had brought to the course. After he attended the basic, PLD and psi7, he came home, bought her a diamond ring, proposed to her in front of their entire class, got a house with her, moved in with her and a month later after all is said and done, he comes home and says "I never loved you and never meant anything I said to you."

She was devistated. She spent an entire month in bed and is still recovering from the deceit.

The real problem here is that when this happened he was constantly stroked and told how amazing and great he is and how he did the right thing and how awesome he is.

This seems really unethical. How and why does this cult support this type of behavior?

Now in all fairness there were several huge warning signs she should have paid attention to; he killed his second wife, he up and left his third wife with an eight week old newborn and he turned on a dime on her.

I continue to tell her what a blessing this is and that this loser was never worthy of her. I think she is having a difficlut time forgiving herself for being so foolish.

What I don't understand is - looking from the outside in - why is everyone in this cult divorced and broke? If this is a motivational/you create your desitiny group then why aren't there any sucessful people involved? Why are their presenters and speakers all losers? And why is the entire staff (nationwide) sport screwing all of the class participants? What gives?

What a joke.

I know of a similar if not the same story.  However, it is not what you wrote at all.
One of the things that is true is the "Law of Attraction".  They must be the same to have attracted each other.  Sad, but true.

It's unfortunate that people are people and that even when one takes the time and energy to educate themselves, what is taught must be applied to actually produce results.  When an "instant" change doesn't occur, it's the class, company, or instructor who seems to get blamed.  Guess that's the world we live in.
