Complaint Review: PSI Tech

I saw BitDefender Virus Protection advertised as PC Magazine's number 1 choice.  I looked it up on Ebay and purchased it from a company called PSI Tech or psitech.com, because of the third party endorsement. 

I installed it and then, out of curiosity, decided to look it up on Ripoff Report, just to be careful.  I was surprised to see pages of complaints referring to BitDefender as pirates, frauds, criminals, theives and those were the positive descriptions.

Panicked, I went to my control panel and tried to erase BitDefender, from PSI Tech.  Well as soon as I clicked Delete, the screen froze and went to grey-scale.  I tried to go to the Web and discovered that this virus: BitDefender, from PSI Tech, had blocked the connection between my computer and the DHCP server to the Internet, so I knew it contained malicious programs installed to attack anyone who disagreed with it.  I later discovered that the size of the software was at least 10 times that of any legitimate program; that tells me there's plenty of room for commands that will intentionally corrupt a lot of files if anyone decides to delete BitDefender, from PSI Tech. 

Now I'm forced to purchase additional hardware to store all my files.  I have to scan them ALL for viruses and then pay again for Microsoft technical assistance to remove my operating system and replace it.  That should total at least SIX hours I will have spent correcting this disaster caused by PSI Tech and their BitDefender virus solution from Ebay and endorsed by PC Magazine! 

PSI Tech e-mailed me to ask what I thought of their program and I told them they were about to be famous for their malicious attack.  THEIR RESPONSE WAS, "WE weren't at fault!  WE ONLY sell THAT STUFF, WE DON'T make IT!"  Well, if I were mentally retarded and forced to wear an aluminum helmet with a spinner on the top, like the dumbass who contacted me, I'd be relieved to hear that mindless excuse!  How stupid can a human be and still be able to breathe?
