I ordered a flashlight on the internet and paid a shipping charge and when they asked if I wanted the survival guide , I checked no ! I did recieve the light but then they charged my credit card $ 40 for the guide . I called to complain and they said they would refund the charge and cacel my membership. I do not remember who spoke to and they did not give me a confirmation #. W hen I checked my credit card I see that they are still charging me $ 40 / mo. and this has been going on for at least 3 months. I tried to contactnthem but they do not answer the phone . They are a slimy lowlife lying ripoff POS company and they can shove their flashlights where the sun don't shine.
