I was lied to and ripped off by a Michael Dobrovics the company owner of psxtune.com/ pstune.com that is a distributor of mod chips. The Matrix Infinity Mod Chip for the PS2 Slimline model that he PSTUNE sold me I suspect was defective but I will never no because it was never sent back to the Mfg. like he said he would. I suspect that he just lied to me like he has for the past months that this individual has managed to drag it out. He went on to tell me that it was something that I was doing wrong when in fact I never had a problems installing the Matrix Infinity chip on a friends older style PS2. He went on later to state that other parts are needed that were convenient not included in the original shipment. I wasted more money and time in waiting for a laser fix mod to arrive.

Well needless to say the laser fix didn't work. I returned the chips after spending the better part of 2 weeks and spending an extra $800.00 trying in vain to get them to work.

Mr. Dobrovics later stated that if I sent back the chips he would send me 2 of the DMS4 Pro Lite chips to replace the Matrix Infinity that wouldn't work. The drag out and wait routine was getting a bit predicable at this point so I checked the shipping address from the original shipment via Fed Ex before I mailed out the parts. Big SurpriseMr. Dobrovics sent me the wrong address on purpose as I suspected (still have copy of emails) to drag it out longer I guess thinking that I would give up.. Mr. Dobrovic again I guess to wear me down stated that takes a month to mail computer chips from the US to Thailand. So I waited 2 months not hearing from this conman.

When I wrote threatened him with Ripoffreport.com (and some other things I've YET to carry out) he told me that he had installed the chips and that they worked fine. Big Surprise !

He said that he would not send me the other DMS4 Mod chips or return my $180.00 that I paid for the original 3 Matrix Infinity mod chips including shipping. I tried to work with him so I could at least get part of my money back asking that he at least send the 2 DMS4 Lite Mods and he just ignores me.

I just wanted to warn any and all persons out there to be very careful not to do business with pstune or buy Infinity Mod chips from Michael Dobrovics of Dobrovics Co. Ltd. 119/111 Mu 14 Suksawed Rd., Samut Prakarn, Thailand. 10130

Michael has been lying and manipulating me ever since I started doing business with him some months ago.

I guess I figure it isn't a total loss if I can warn millions of people (not stopping there) via ripoffreport.com to avoid doing business with http://www.psxtune.com.

I sent Michael all 3 chips back to him months ago with the correct address this time.

-------He has yet to refund my money.---------

I have installed plenty of other components with no problem whatsoever until he sent me those defective Matrix Infinity chips. He didn't install the chips I'm sure and is just lying as he as done from the beginning.

Just want to warn everyone not to trust this company or individual.

First for the beginning an email from Sean Nippert, dated 30.July 2005.
"I just got it back yesterday... sent it out again... insufficient postage.

d**n ... was gone for 2 f--ken months. About tore into lady at post office
for it... said she owed you and I apology.

There is 3 chips in the package... one you sent me later on but didn't
charge me for it.

If your not to pissed at me just send the other two... think you said that
they are pretty easy to install."

As you can read, not I gave a wrong adress, like Sean Nippert claims!
We charged 79 USD for 2 Matrix Infinity, 1 DuoX-2 and FedEx shipping.

One other part of an email from Sean Nippert (March 14 2005): "I just wanted to add (just read you reply) that I also thought that maybe it was a ground short too."

The chips we got back, were totaly destroyed, traces were missing, everywhere full with soldering tin, we gave it for free to an prof-installer who got them to run again. So definitly the installation was not OK.

One other part of an email from Sean Nippert in which he himself things about bad installation (March 14 2005): "I just wanted to add (just read you reply) that I also thought that maybe it was a ground short too."

We wrote a hugh amount of support emails. We offered that we can find someone who can install the chips for him in his area.

We do not feel respondsible, if someone does not has the skills to install our chips (Mr. Nippert is handicapped and used Morphin), but we offered a refund of the half amount (incl. shipping), even returned package was not complete (1 chip missing). How can we refund a chip which we never received?
The offer for the half amount of the purchasing price was rejected.

What else can we do: The product was working, but destroyed by the customer. The customer needed 5 month or so to complain. Sent it back incomplete.
