I was on line the other evening and ran across her web site. I decided I would go ahead and have an astrology reading done. I gave her my credit card info etc. then less than 15 minutes later, cancelled because I didn't feel right about it and had found negative reports on her. I contacted her via "instant" chat and e-mail. I have the instant chat and the e-mails stating she would not charge my credit card. Well, the pre-auth for 29.92 is still pending and the actual charge for 30.44 was ran through yesterday, a day after she said she wouldn't. I can call because the number is incomplete, she won't answer e-mails. All I can say is that I cancelled, she has kept my money for something that she didn't do. I have the chat and e-mails with times proving I cancelled. She is a dishonest person.

An update that this client who lodged this complaint hasn't yet contacted me at jenna@charterinternet.com so this issue may be resolved. To help clarify this issue, this client stated they canceled the report before it was paid for and before the work was completed and delivered and stated they were promised a refund and I'll ensure this happens should I find this to be the case, but I must be contacted to verify the customer and the circumstances to accomplish this, so I hope to here from this client soon.

I'm Claire, Jenna's assistant and if this client did get charged after canceling their order, Jenna will gladly refund their money as her policy has been and will always be. Jenna responds to all her emails and ensures all her clients are satisfied with her service. All the reports are sent and tracked through the clients email and the only way I can assure this matter gets handled properly is to have this client contact me at jenna@charterinternet.com and give me the client email and information so I can resolve this issue promptly.

All the postings I have recently seen or been notified of on this site are untrue however I can only address them individually and have Jenna's authorization to do so. Jenna has never charged for a reading and then not perform the work she represented. Every client ordering a reading has detailed contact information and if they chose to contact Jenna, they are responded to. Per Jenna's instructions, this company email has been created just for the Ripoff Report site so she can address the accusations listed and I will personally review the site daily so the proper action can be accomplished.

I hope to hear from this client so their money can be refunded promptly and a follow up to this rebuttal will be posted with the results.
