Do not go to Psychic Laura Ronzo, as she's a con artist that will take your money and promise services that she will not even do.
I walked in to her Psychic shop to get a reading. She gave me a $50 reading in which she told me that I had bad luck. She said she had to do another deeper reading, which was $385, and for me to come back the next day to get the results of the reading. The next day I came in, and she spent 5 minutes telling me I had bad luck, and that she will do a cleansing for me, and for me to call back 10 days. 10 days later, I call her, and she said that she can do more cleansings for me and she'll give me the prices, and to go visit her in 10 days, as she flies from Pomona and back to SF. What happened to the original reading I was supposed to receive? I don't need to pay $435 to someone to tell me I'm bad luck, and do nothing about it.
I don't believe she did any cleansing or anything. She just took the money and dodged all my phone calls, did not give me any reading or cleansing. I tried to ask for my money back, and she said she did do something, but if I want her to counsel me, then she needs more money. Again, she dodged my complaints and provided no answers to what I want. Once you start to question her, she started to get belligerent and belittling, telling me I don't understand. SHE is the one who does not understand what I'm asking for, which is my money back.
What a bunch of baloney. Don't tell me that you'll do a reading, and then change it into a cleansing, and the result is that I have to give her more money.
I believe she has a mansion in Pomona, and has been collecting money from scams to pay for it. If I can't get my money back, I hope karma reaches back to her where she gets caught and put into jail.
Shame on you Laura Ronzo. God is watching.

I know that Laura Ronzo has a shop in San Francisco. I also know that she was not in San Francisco doing readings earlier this year. January and February she has other commitments such as the Indio Date Festival for the month of February that she has been doing for a while. I don't know who this person saw, but it was not Laura Ronzo.
In all the years I have seen Laura, she has never asked for any money from me other than the established fee for a reading. Her readings have been right on, often startling in their accuracy. Her ability to 'connect the dots' of what is happening with me has been a huge help in understanding what is really going on in my life. I have found her advice to be thoughtful and helpful.
I have been going to Laura's house in Pomona for my readings. It is a lovely, nicely decorated home, but certainly not a mansion! This persons negative review is distressing, because whoever they dealt with was not Laura Ronzo.
I had heard of another person named Laura that tried to pass herself off as Ms. Ronzo a while ago, but I thought they had finally stopped doing it. I'm sure Laura Ronzo knows that God is watching and that she has, and does, conduct herself in way that she will not have to worry.
