***Warning to all... Steer Far Away from Psychic Palace.***

This "Spell" website will weave you into their web, with Grace the "Liaison"; speaking so sympathetically and luring you in to their trust. They feed on the weak and vunerable; and, have no concious draining any person financially and disappearing from communication when the ruse is up. 

Fact: I reached out to this site on a very personal family matter around the beginning of January 2018. Grace turned on the charm setting me up on a "payment plan" and promising extensive spells for my cause. Along came Dr. Chan Lee, who Grace stated, "she had to "correspond" for, offering a break down of alleged spells cast and promising positive results. Their site promises 98.9% satisfaction. What a joke!

What I got in return was draining my funds of almost 1800.00 USD; followed by the statements that I needed to be patient for the "spells to work".  What this comes down to is: if payments are made via Credit Cards, Bank Checks or Cards or Paypal; funds can be disputed up to 60 days from transfer for fraud. Psychic Palace needs to string their clients along  to pass the dispute statute of limitation periods. 

In my case, I received periodic responses during the first 45 days to be patient for the spells to begin working. After 60 days, I received virtually no response. At 75 days, I informed Grace that I felt fraud had taken place and was going to seek refunds. At which point, I was given a long excuse by Grace, stating she felt "verbally attacked until she realized it was me"; continuing on with a long excuse of illness and her associate hadn't responded to my inquiries.

Grace informed me that Psychic Palace doesn't give refunds... Period!... However, Grace stated, she couldn't imagine why none of the spells had worked and would seek a recasting.. Which never happened.  It has now been 6 months since payment of 1800.00 USD was collected. To date, all communication was ended by Psychic Palace months ago. They no longer respond to any pointed inquiries or refund for services not rendered.  I have nothing to show for my lost income...  Furthermore, this Psychic Site is located in Australia; and, all legal disputes must be arbitrated there.. A fact they don't openly advertise on their site. 

This company feeds on the uninformed and weak offering spells and casters with extensive experience and guaranted results. They offer no "live" client review on their sites; and, the "positive" few reviews posted are highly questionable to accuracy.  I'm sure some of those positive responses were no more than boyfriend/girlfriend fighting and making up; which Psychic Palace claimed the credit.
