PT Trucking I hauled millings and hot astphalt forthem sottped by DOT for infractions which they never fixed just hired someone else to drive it when I refused and they never paid the fine or sent the rest of the Greeley, Nebraska
I drove a semi hauling millings and hot asphalt for them. I was stopped by DOT in a routine check and fined for severel infractions of the truck including bad tires. Also warned the brakes were bad tho they didnt put that on the ticket. I was told not to drive the truck again or I would lose my CDL lisense. When I refused to drive it again until they fixed it they hired someone else to drive it without fixing it and eventually were shut down in North Platte. I had a 98 dollar fine and had some wages stilled owed me They promised to pay fine but never did I had to and never paid we the rest of what they owed me in wages.
